medium: Jewelry Sterling Silver, metal

Artist Statement:

I use sterling silver, copper, gold, shakudo, shibuchi & bronze in my work but mostly silver and shakudo. Shakudo is a Japanese Alloy of copper and yellow gold. I overlay it onto sterling silver. I split most of my time between my mixed metal work and fold forming, reticulation, drilling and hammer texturing.
My jewelry reflects my personal and individual approach to style.

Artist Bio:

Victoria had lived in Portland, Oregon for 10 years. Her work be seen in Rain Spark Gallery, The Perfect Piece in Lake Oswego and Guardino Gallery and Alberta Street Gallery in NE PDX. She has done numerous art shows in Oregon, Michigan and New York.

In Hebrew, ORA means “light”
luminosity, warmth, perspective, liveliness, brightness.
